how many people are in your crew, and a list of your recent employers.

For our current subcontractors, below is a Subcontractor Statement. Rob’s Drywall Services directly
deposits payment on the 1st and 15th of the month. If the scheduled payday falls on a weekend or
holiday, payment will be deposited on the next business day. For payment on the 1st of the month,
please submit subcontractor statements along with completed Job Hazard Assessments
NO LATER than the 25th of the month. For payment on the 15th, please submit subcontractor
statements and completed Job Hazard Assessments NO LATER than the 10th of the month.
If the cut-off date falls on a weekend or holiday, please submit all paperwork prior to that day.
